Are you going to release the entire report on the Vanguard, or are we only going to get excerpts/your opinions on the report?
The report also refers to many instances of not following proper protocols dictated by the Incident Command System. To understand this report properly, people should follow the references for NIMS, at least, and read them to get an appreciation for the findings and recommendations in the report.
Elaine – I believe “click here to read it” is pretty clear. I also downloaded it from the UC Davis home page.
What jrberg said.
Does anyone know where I can ask questions about the report after the 3:30pm meeting? 3 and a half hours is too short for me to read the entire report and I cannot go to the meeting.
Could someone who goes to the meeting bring up this issue? Thank you.
