Deputy Public Defender Files Motion to Disqualify L.A. County Judge from All Her Cases
Deputy Public Defender Rhonda Haymon filed a motion to disqualify Judge Lauren Weis Birnstein from all of her cases, alleging bias against her based on her extracurricular activities and desire to become a judge.
