Elderly Mother

A mentally ill man’s request for diversion was denied by a San Francisco judge after the victim of an out-of-state assault was revealed to be the man’s own elderly mother, and the court granted a firearm restriction to a defendant who had failed to adhere to his treatment plan and ordered another defendant to pay nearly $250,000 in restitution.
