California AG Sues Poway over Handling of Ancestral Remains Discovery at Housing Site
California Attorney General Rob Bonta has filed a lawsuit against the City of Poway for failing to adequately address the discovery of ancestral remains and other significant archaeological artifacts, alleging violations of the California Environmental Quality Act.
