Davis City Council Considers Measure J/R/D Amendment for Affordable Housing
The Davis City Council is considering a proposed amendment to Measure J/R/D to exempt affordable housing projects from voter approval, and to place the amendment and two housing proposals, Village Farms and Willowgrove, on the June 2026 ballot.
