The California Attorney General’s Office is opposing a motion to recuse the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office from the ongoing resentencing proceedings of the Menendez brothers, arguing that there is no legal basis for recusal and that the defense is simply trying to “disagree” with the DA’s office.
