Lawsuit Seeks to Block Federal Plan to Remove Wild Horses Near Yosemite
A federal lawsuit has been filed to block the Bureau of Land Management and U.S. Forest Service from carrying out a planned roundup of over 600 wild horses from the Montgomery Pass Wild Horse Territory, alleging violations of the Wild Free-Roaming Horses and Burros Act and other laws.
