Mistrial Declared in Trial of Ex-Correctional Officer Accused of Abusing Female Inmates
Former correctional officer Darrell Smith has been granted a mistrial in his federal trial for sexually abusing incarcerated women at FCI Dublin, after the jury failed to reach a unanimous verdict.
