New HHS Directive Limits Noncitizens’ Access to Health and Education Programs
The ACLU has filed a comment warning that the HHS’s new directive would exclude noncitizens from dozens of community health, early education and social support programs, which they called “unlawful” and “harmful” to vulnerable communities.
