Anson County Sheriff’s Office Settles Civil Suit over Wrongful Arrest and Planted Drugs
Anson County Sheriff’s Office has agreed to settle a civil suit after a man was wrongfully arrested and charged with a drug crime after a deputy “planted” drugs in his car due to the man dating the officer’s ex-girlfriend.
