San Francisco Jury in Hate Crime Case Acquits Man In Mental Health Crisis
John Killops was acquitted of a felony strike charge with a hate crime enhancement after a San Francisco jury found he was in the midst of a mental health crisis at the time of the alleged incident in Dolores Park in February 2023.
