ACLU: Texas Officials Violated Woman’s Rights in Wrongful Murder Charge
The ACLU has reported that officials in Starr County, Texas have been denied the chance to avoid accountability for wrongfully arresting and charging a woman with murder after a medicated abortion, in violation of her constitutional rights and Texas law.
