Hello readers, it is the end of the year and we are doing our annual drive for donations to help us end this year strong and move into 2017 with the resources we need to continue to bring the latest news and commentary to the Vanguard.

Famed Civil Rights Attorney to Address Police Shootings and Black Lives Matter

We are doing it again – February 4 – this time at the Sacramento Convention Center (Room 202) at 4 pm.

John Burris, the famed civil rights attorney will talk about police shooting including one of the most egregious – Joseph Mann out of Sacramento and Black Lives Matter.  It’s a fundraiser for the Vanguard.
