Interested in gaining hands on experience in journalistic writing? Passionate about criminal justice reform? Pursuing a career in law? Then apply to be an intern with the Davis Vanguard- applications are reviewed on a rolling basis!!
Intern Requirements:
- Over 18 years of age (*there are exceptions for interested high school students!*)
- Attending college
- Can commit to 10 hours a week for 3 months
- Must be able to attend weekly intern meetings on Mondays, 6:30pm PST
Court Watch interns gain the opportunity to:
- Write journalistic articles or press rewrites for a local online publication
- Get their work published on the Vanguard website under their own names
- Gain course credit upon arrangement with their institutions
