Third Street Improvement Update

Back in September the Vanguard ran an article on the Third Street improvement project.

Brian Abbanat, the City’s Long Range and Transportation Planner at the Community Development and Sustainability Departmet, has asked that the public take a survey on the project.

He told the Vanguard, “t’s important to raise awareness at the early stages of this project so all issues, ideas, concerns can be laid out at the beginning. The survey facilitates input from those who typically do not or are unable to call staff, attend community workshops, commission meetings, council meetings, etc.”

Below is the flier on a meeting set for January 22, 2011 on the subject.  Everyone should attend who has an interest in third street.
