The Vanguard Editorial Board is currently comprised of seven members. The returning members are Tia Will, Bob Fung, Joe Krovoza and Cecilia Escamilla Greenwald.
The Editorial Board serves in an advisory capacity to the Vanguard Editor and Founder David Greenwald. It helps develop policy on board operations such as commenting. It seeks out new topics and guest commentaries to help expand the scope and function of the Vanguard. And it helps with community outreach and other activities.
Tia Will and Cecilia Escamilla Greenwald are the only remaining members active from the inception of the Editorial Board in May 2012. Bob Fung, who founded Voterprep, a web application that helps voters quickly make informed voting decisions, where candidates present their viewpoints about important issues to their election, joined the Editorial Board earlier this year.
Former Davis Mayor Joe Krovoza joined the editorial board one year ago in July 2014.
interesting that most of the people here do not post now – i think that is to the detriment not the advantage of the vanguard.
How do you know they don’t post?
i know they don’t post under their name and i think it would be better if they did.
