On Wednesday night, the Vanguard hosted its Student Housing Townhall Meeting. It featured a panel of Mayor Robb Davis, ASUCD President Michael Gofman, UCD Director of Environmental Planning Matt Dulcich, organizer Sean Raycraft, and Toni Sandoval, a student at Solano Park. The meeting drew 100 people who signed in as being in attendance including 67 students from UC Davis.
Greenwald is the founder, editor, and executive director of the Davis Vanguard. He founded the Vanguard in 2006. David Greenwald moved to Davis in 1996 to attend Graduate School at UC Davis in Political Science. He lives in South Davis with his wife Cecilia Escamilla Greenwald and three children.
