Court Halts Trump’s Controversial ‘Anti-Weaponization Fund’

A federal court has ordered the Trump administration to immediately halt all activity related to its $1.776 billion “Anti-Weaponization Fund.” The directive prohibits the transfer of funds, processing of claims, or disbursement of payments while the court considers plaintiffs’ challenge to the program, which critics describe as an unconstitutional political compensation scheme.

Coalition Sues Trump-Vance Slush Fund: Unlawful Spending & Oversight Cited

The National Abortion Federation, in conjunction with a broad coalition of organizations and individuals, has filed a lawsuit challenging the Trump-Vance administration’s $1.776 billion “Anti-Weaponization Fund.” The fund, created through a private agreement with President Donald Trump and his family following his lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service, is alleged to violate the U.S. Constitution, exceed executive authority, and unlawfully bypass congressional spending authority, thereby establishing a discriminatory process for taxpayer fund allocation.

ACLU Files Class Action against Trump’s Transgender Policy
