Vanguard Radio November 4: Family Courts in Crisis

November 4, 2009 show – This week we discussed the crisis that faces family courts. Kathleen Russell from the Center for Judicial Excellence and Connie Valentine from the California Protective Parents Association will be the guests. Ms. Russell wrote a story last week on the California Progress Report.  Listen to callers from across the country as they provide personal accounts of our family court system gone wrong by putting children in the care of child molesters often due to disparities in the ability of parents to hire adequate legal council and a court system that has done little to protect the welfare of our most vulnerable members.
