Greenwald is the founder, editor, and executive director of the Davis Vanguard. He founded the Vanguard in 2006. David Greenwald moved to Davis in 1996 to attend Graduate School at UC Davis in Political Science. He lives in South Davis with his wife Cecilia Escamilla Greenwald and three children.
David, When I googled up “Judicial Watch”, several other groups are using the same title in other communities. Is the idea of watching what’s going on in the local courts catching on in other communities, too, similar to what you’re doing? Goodness knows, it’s way overdue!

Interestingly enough there is a right wing group that is national that has operated under that name. They are not really doing what we are doing here.
