Adams for School Board 2014 announced today that it has created a Spanish language page on its website, www.tomadams2014.org. Adams is only one of two candidates to have his ballot statement translated into Spanish: “My first campaign decision was to translate my ballot statement into Spanish. That was when my campaign had just started and did not have a formal committee and had no funding. I support all voters accessing candidate information, and I see the need to serve all students of all languages.” The new web page includes candidate information and statements from supporters. Dr. Luis Rios, a parent of a Chavez student, provided the translation.
More details about the Adams campaign can be found on the campaign website at www.tomadams2014.org or by writing to tomadams2014@dcn.org.
