On Saturday, about 30 members of the public filled the library of the Davis Community Church to listen to a panel discussion on the city’s recently approved MOU with four bargaining units. Participants on the panel included Councilmember Brett Lee, Councilmember Lucas Frerichs, and Jeff Miller, the current chair of the Budget and Finance Commission.
