Eric Gudz for Davis City Council is Rallying Engaged Residents

DAVIS, NOVEMBER 16, 2017 — Ringing in the next century of Davis where it all began, the Eric Gudz for Davis City Council campaign is inviting all residents to celebrate a successful kickoff with a rally at the Davis Train Depot Plaza on Thursday, November 16, beginning at 4:30 PM. Immediately following will be a light reception at Our House Restaurant on 808 2nd Street.

After coming out in full force last week to address the need for more equitable representation on the council, hundreds of citizens showed their support for Eric Gudz both in-person and online. “The display of enthusiasm for our movement has been incredibly motivating so far and I’m looking forward to meeting many more citizens over the next several months so I can learn and share their stories”, Gudz expressed in response to the outpouring of support. The campaign is proud to announce that it has already reached half of its first fundraising goal and expects to surpass it by the day of the rally.

  • Rally begins at 4:30 PM at the Davis Train Depot Plaza
  • Light reception begins at 5:00 PM at Our House Restaurant
  • Event is accessible and happening rain-or-shine (no tickets or charge)
