On Saturday night at the Woodland Community and Senior Center, the Yolo County Concilio celebrated its 30th anniversary giving out awards to community members and leaders and scholarships to 14 local area high school students. (Please note due to a scheduling conflict, Delta High School Students were not at the event to receive their award).

Greenwald is the founder, editor, and executive director of the Davis Vanguard. He founded the Vanguard in 2006. David Greenwald moved to Davis in 1996 to attend Graduate School at UC Davis in Political Science. He lives in South Davis with his wife Cecilia Escamilla Greenwald and three children.
