Anyone who stoops to the low level of buying memberships in an organization for people who were unaware and even deceased just so he could get an endorsement that he otherwise would not have, has no integrity. Someone who doesn’t pay his parking tickets until his car gets booted, and who pays his property taxes late is a person of at least questionable integrity.
Cabaldon is quilty of all the above, and I have seen no remorse.
We can do better by electing Mariko Yamada.

My understanding is that the Cabaldon campaign set up a phone bank of high propensity voters. He then asked them if they wanted to join the West Sacramento Democratic Party. If they did, then he signed them up.
Now Mariko also engineered some votes by having the Davis Democratic Club self-pick her supporters to put into the precaucus.
Nevertheless, none of those delegates were eligible when it came time for Convention and Cabaldon once again was able to get the endorsement.

BTW, if we are going to accuse Cabaldon of not paying his parking taxes, we have to accuse Yamada of not paying her former employee, having to settle out of court, and then failure to report the payment in her FPPC filings.
