Davis Downtown Announces Resignation of Executive Director, Stewart Savage

From Press Release – The Davis Downtown Business Association (DDBA) Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Executive Director Stewart Savage, effective February 28, 2019.

Since joining the DDBA as the Executive Director in 2011, he has been a valuable and well-respected member of the DDBA team. “The Board is thankful for Stewart’s seven years of service,” said Board of Directors President Joshua Chapman. We can’t speak highly enough of his leadership. He has worked tirelessly to further the mission of the DDBA and his passion and commitment to our downtown has been constant. Stewart’s decision to focus his time on the growth of his website design and photography business is commendable. We wish him all the best and much success.”

A hiring committee has been created by the DDBA Board of Directors. The job announcement for the position of Executive Director will be posted on Monday, January 14, 2019 and will remain open until close of business on Monday, January 28.
