AG Bonta Sues Rady Children’s Health over Illegal Termination of Gender Care
California Attorney General Rob Bonta has filed a lawsuit against Rady Children’s Health for illegally shutting down gender-affirming medical care for patients under 19, in violation of a major hospital merger agreement.
