Construction Cranes Lift Modular Homes at Los Altos Affordable Housing Project
The Housing Accelerator Fund is using modular construction to reduce the cost and time of building new homes in the Bay Area, and the Distel Circle affordable housing project is the first to receive financing from the fund’s Industrialized Construction Catalyst Fund.
