CCRC Commits $1.3M to San Diego Affordable Housing Amid Crisis
The California Community Reinvestment Corporation (CCRC) announced the provision of a $1.333 million permanent loan to finance Serenade on 43rd, an affordable housing development in San Diego that was recently recognized with the 2026 Ruby Award for Project of the Year – Rehabilitation from the San Diego Housing Federation.
