Last Saturday, January 30, the Vanguard held a discussion on the pending Nishi-Gateway project. This week, the project moved a step closer to the Davis City Council placing it on the ballot. At the forum held at the University Park Inn on Richards Boulevard, Developer Tim Ruff gave a presentation and, along with Councilmember Brett Lee and City Staff Katherine Hess, responded to questions from the audience.
